Polished concrete finish with little to no dust & noise

Concrete Polishing is done after grinding off the concrete substrate and hardening agents have had time to cure.

Using the same top of the line HTC diamond floor grinding system, a finer grit (800 – 3000) Diamond blade resin pad is mounted on the machine and depending on your preference a matt, semi or high gloss finish is obtained.

The whole process is as dust and noise free as possible. Many precautions are taken during the process to eliminate any contamination you may be concerned about.

The average coverage and time to grind and polish a concrete floor is 15 to 20m2 a day, depending on curing time (2 day minimum).

The HTC Method

The process consists of grinding, refinement, impregnation and polishing. This procedure gives the surface a high-gloss finish.

Phase One

Rough grinding or removal of old and dirty coverings is performed.

Phase Two

A refining process towards a flat and fine surface. This phase involves two grinding steps.

Phase Three

Floor is impregnated with HTC Cure™, preparing it for diamond polishing.

Phase Four

Polishing starts with HTC’s specially designed diamond tools for HTC Superfloor™ production.

Phase Five

After 7 grinding steps the surface is high-gloss polished leaving you with a functional, economic and ecological HTC Superfloor™.
